Dulce de Leche

Dulce de Leche (pronounced Dool-Chay Da Lay-Chay) is a South American form of caramel made by slow cooking organic milk and sugar for a minimum of 5 hours.  We add to this our 70% and 85% dark chocolate and pink Himalayan salt (with or without organic pecans, coffee or chai tea), resulting in an amazing chocolate tasting experience.
